He literally had racist behavior towards us not offering ground floor rooms on request. He mentioned there is nothing available. 10 min later when I came to reception, he gave one to another family. "Checking in was fast and easy. The room was nice and comfortable but there was some flaws. Once me and my girlfriend walked into our “non smoking” room, the room smelt like cigarettes and chemicals. Eventually it went away but the next evening it smelled like cigarettes once again. The bed and pillows were comfortable but both pillow cases were stained. My girlfriend was getting bit by something in the bed, we weren’t sure what it was. We also encountered 5 small cockroaches in the room as well....

"I'd like to start with the daytime staff, and nighttime staff are two different experiences. During the day the staff is friendly and while unable to help are at least friendly, at night the front desk is mostly unstaffed and then the person there is short snappy and unhelpful. The first issue is the check in time. I showed up at 2:50, 10 mins before the check in time of 3pm. I was informed quickly that check in time is at 3pm. No problem but when the 3pm time did come the lobby was quickly...

"Stayed here for 6 nights. First four nights the room we were in was clean. I just hope they clean the carpets more often. If you walk barefoot you can see it was not getting cleaned. Aside from that everything else was clean. Last 2 nights we were in a different room and it was meh compared to the first one. Flooring was not carpeted so way better. Also, breakfast is very good considering it is complimentary I just wish they switch menu everyday. All in all stay here was good. Outside of Hotel...
