This is a hotel for training hotel staff. Everyone friendly and tried to be helpful but some mistakes happen and language issues (English).

"We had booked to stay here for two nights, the night before we were due to arrive they cancelled the second night on us due to an administrative error. We asked to check in early due to inconvenience which they agreed to, when we turned up the room was not ready, due to some 'crazy' previous guests. "This hotel is lovely. Very clean, my room was comfortable and perfect for my stay on my little adventure exploring parts of the island. The staff are amazing! Very friendly and extremely helpful.
