"This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge. "Todo exelente. La habitación es acogedora, cómoda, y tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo y satisfecho, la decoración es muy bonita y me sentí con mi propia libertad y con mi privacidad total también a la misma vez. De seguro volveré de nuevo. Me gustó caminar para la playa y es muy seguro, es de los lugares más seguros que he visitado. Hay una plaza pequeña muy cerca con mini market y 2 restaurantes, la piscina también me gustó. La habitación tiene buen aire acondicionado, la verdad...

"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning.
The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests.
Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc.
Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."

"The building is great, the apartment was perfect, the staff superbe, and they take care of the building, guests and security. There is a supermarket across the street which makes your life so much easier.
The issue, as others have mentioned, is that the building is at the limit of the safe area in the neighborhoods near the casco viejo.
There is also a soccer field and some type of local dancing that are always playing something and very loud (obviously Casco View has no control over this)....

"Air conditioner has good working.
People are nice and good response for us.
Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor.
I doesn't matter for it.
