My experience at Dovle Brandon Residence Panama was very disappointing. My reservation was not in the system despite proof of payment. After 30 minutes, I was given a room that was already occupied, and the next one was dirty, with an unemptied trash bin and unclean bathrooms.
Although the hotel is modern and visually appealing, the service is extremely poor. On New Year’s Eve, just minutes before midnight, a rude security guard forced me to leave the terrace, contradicting what we were told at check-in and completely ruining the moment.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. To be fair, one manager later understood our frustration, apologized, and said she would address the issue. Still, it is unacceptable for security staff with such poor people skills to deal with guests. The hotel is beautiful, but it clearly needs to invest in its staff to match the experience its design promises.
