"Check in was super easy at the kiosk. It was a bit of a walk to the Versailles Tower where our room was which was fine for us, but maybe not great for everyone. The room wasn't as interesting or parisian as the photos imply but it was spacious and the bedding was very comfortable and the mini fridge was useful. We didn't spend much time in the room anyway! The general common areas, casino, restaurants and shopping within were pretty on theme. The location was excellent for walking to The Sphere (20 minutes), Arte Las Vegas and several restaurants we had reservations at. Our luggage was lost by the airline and brought to the hotel the next day but it was quite a process to retrieve it. We asked at the customer service desk and they indicated they had it but we needed to go to our room to call a number. We called the number and were told they'd bring it to us. It took almost an hour for someone to come up. I was happy to take the luggage at the door, but the employee insisted on bringing it in and wasn't taking "no thank you" as an answer. He awkwardly lingered in the room so I told him I needed to get ready for a dinner reservation. He made it clear that he wanted a tip however we just wanted to get our bag at the counter so that was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it was a good value and I would stay here again for the convenience."
