"We didn’t enjoy the shock of our extras when we checked out, it became almost 2,000 Australian dollars for 9 nights on top of our regular room rate which was prepaid. It was our only complaint. Just a reminder too, at check in you need to ask for cups plates and cutlery for theroom"
