"Everything you need is right there. Food, shops, gambling. Seems to be middle of the strip. Rooms are nice. Bed comfy. Bathroom is huge. Don’t recommend eating at the cafe. Ok service and ok food and priced high. Staff is friendly but don’t listen to you when you ask for specific things. Waited half way thru my meal before they brought condiments! Do recommend eating at Earl of sandwiches. Open 24 hours and good food. Don’t agree with having to pay resort fee when I don’t use their gym or pool....

"Nice upgraded property. Staff was friendly and helpful. We lost water for an afternoon which resulted in not being able to shower but not a huge deal. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work and the only ice machine that was accessible took about 5 minutes to get to. Fitness center had nice cardio machines but other than that, it was subpar"

"Got upgraded to Crockfords from a stay booked at Conrad and WOW what a difference. You can’t tell from the photos but a stay at the Crockfords is a major upgrade. Had the best time and will be booking a room at Crockfords from now on. Walk in closet, soaking tub, bidet in the bathroom, amazing bed and private pool for Crockfords guests only. "

"Friendly and efficient hotel service, dinner at Lago overlooking the fountains was incredible! Breakfast at Sadelle's was delicious. Lunch overlooking the pool at Como, misters and all, was fantastic and refreshing. We can't wait to go back!"
