"The room was nice and large, although a bit dated. However… Although things were a bit dated, everything was very nice and clean in the room… Just a bit dated by today’s standards. The down stairs, lobby, and all were up-to-date until you got off the elevator. All in all clean, larger room than most at this price… Just a bit dated. Was a very pleasant stay."

"Hampton Inn Summerlin was a very convenient location for visiting nearby relatives. The staff was helpful and courteous, the property is well maintained. The free breakfast is a good amenity but I wish there were some healthier choices (unflavored greek yogurt rather than the sweetened low-protein type offered). The property is easy to access, however my room did get more road noise than expected (next time I will pack my "white noise" machine."

"I Was here for a short weekend trip. Staff were really nice upon arrival. One thing I did notice was that the towels in the room were still dirty, other than that everything else was clean. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal. During our stay when I was in the hot tub I did notice a man pointing a phone towards the hot tub and looking, I believe he was recording, not sure if he was on the phone or what was going on with that, so I would just be aware of...

"Our stay at this motel was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. In the middle of the night, a strange man repeatedly banged on our door, making us feel extremely unsafe and frightened. We immediately called the front desk, but they didn’t send anyone to check the situation or provide any security assistance. The lack of concern for guest safety was unacceptable. We did not feel protected at all, and this experience completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone who...

"Made a reservation and chose to pay at property I even messaged saying I was gonna arrive a little late. I drove 5 hours to get there and When I got there the dum fuks had given away my reservation for no reason and I had no room for the night. I don’t know if the girl at the front desk was being lazy or just didn’t want to give me a room but she was face timing with her boyfriend or whatever during working hours so that must of been more important."

"No microwave, but there was a refrigerator, and the room was clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Good food available 24 hours a day and between 11 PM and 6 AM every day at the Brass Fork restaurant, they offer a very inexpensive small selection of meals."

"The light in the bathroom acted up on the 1st night and just went out on the second night. The AC and the bathroom vent fan were very noisy. The AC was adjusted by the staff and did not make too much noise the rest of the stay. The bathroom vent fan was still super noisy."
