"Absolute stunning! Bang in the center, really good connections. Kazimierz is a wonderful place to be based in krakow, loads of bars, pubs, restaurants, all round perfect. The room was super clean, very well equiped. We didn’t miss anything. We had out 2 tear opd daughter with us and she loved the terrace. Can’t recommend this enough for families"

"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"Very nice hotel in excellent area, breakfast was exceptional…not great if you are a light sleeper as there is a main road, tram lines & train tracks right outside so a bit noisy…. we had an evening flight but when we asked if there was a room for changing were only offered the toilets in the reception area which was disappointing .."

"The location was excellent, very near the bridge with a lovely river view. The receptionist spoke good English and check in was smooth. The apartment was very clean and lovely. It had everything we needed. The smart toilet was a pleasant surprise. My only criticism is, no instructions left on how to use the coffee machine and the hob/stove. "Absolute gem!! The apartment was exactly as described, so comfortable, and a great location. Far enough away from the touristy areas that you felt like you were in a local neighborhood, but close enough that it was an easy walk to many of the highlights. I only wish that we had more time to explore all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Lovely hotel in the old town, we asked for a quiet room and we were 2nd floor at the back. It was a lovely quiet room. Black out blinds and a really comfy bed. Aircon was very good too. Very welcoming staff on reception. We walked to old town main square took about 10 mins. First time to krakow and we will be back and would not hesitate to stay here again."
