"Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. "Came here with my 2 kids. It was a perfect location very easy to get picked up for tours that we booked. Restaurants were booked when we got there but they fit us in at the front desk. Everything was perfect except I felt that the pools closed too early. They closed at 6pm but other than that I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a luxe swim up room, everything was super clean and well kept facilities. Very friendly staff! They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay"

"This hotel is not a 5* Hotel. The hotel is completely out dated and would benefit for a re inspection by the Hellenic Ministry of Tourism and reclassification. The room was in a dangerous condition overall with the balcony the most concerning. The rooms are very old fashioned and outdated. The balcony had several H&S concerns including nails and an uneven surface. The balcony wood also splinters and has not been varnished or looked after. Family friendly with food surprisingly good for an all inclusive, a notch down from restaurant quality but good value for the overall price.
