Breakfast menu was good but lunch and dinner menu needs an upgrade. Rooms were clean and with great view of ocean- we even saw the whales from our balcony. We enjoyed our stay but the big negative is that there is no hot tub for kids. So our kids got cold sometimes when swimming but there was no where for them to warm up. This don’t feel family friendly. But the pools were gorgeous and the it was all very beautiful and welcoming outside of that one ...

Absolutely terrible. I had to wake up every morning and line up at 6:15 am to get pool chairs. The hotel charges for beach chairs which I never encountered with other hotels. The staff is not so friendly, especially the concierge named "Sharp" (?) that she should not be in this business. The restaurants ...
