"If you wanted to sit by the pool, you need to get in line by 7 AM to place your towel and if they see your chair unattended for at least one hour they move your belongings. The cabanas, food etc way overpriced. If you want to sit at the beach, you have to pay $150 to rent two chairs and an umbrella. ..."

"We had such a great time at this condo hotel! Amenities were fantastic. There were some stores on site and also a mini mart that had snacks, drinks, and other items. Great location, food truck park right outside the hotel with plenty of choices for dinner if you wanted to stay close and not drive ..."

"An hour extra time for late check-out would have cost $250. It soured our departure. Last time that I was in Hawaii, at another resort, we were greeted with tropical drinks and lei. It was a nice touch. The Westin resort did not do that. It's the little things folks, step up your game please."
