"It's one of those places where the pictures look much better than reality. Most of the amenities are quite old, and in my opinion, the bathroom needs renovation. The floor near the toilet also wasn't clean.
What bothered me most was the strong smell of cigarettes, even though there was a sign indicating it was a non-smoking room.
It's not terrible for a short stay if you're on a low budget. Breakfast was a joke - just a couple of types of granola bars, juice, and coffee machines."

"The elevator was broken so guests had to use the stairs which is not easy with luggage. The key to our room didn’t work so I had to run down to the desk twice before staff finally came up and tried themselves to find it really wasn’t working like I said. We were put in a different room. We won’t be staying there again."

"My room was clean and I paid a little extra for a larger suite. It was worth it. Staff friendly but not very accommodating. I asked if my friend could get a room on the same floor as me at first I was told no but then another agent assisted with getting it done. My friend asked a few times about late check out and was told to check back the next morning. You can pay $50 to stay until 2pm. The bar restaurant is nice. The bagel shop across the courtyard is good."
