"Had a good experience"

"Outstanding location close to I-40 and the fabulous Ingles grocery store. Spacious tastefully decorated room. Practically no access to dining or other downtown activities except by driving (a short distance). Lack of attention by Housekeeping: no towels or other linens in bathroom upon arrival, one vanity light was dead, one reading light was dead. Office has no off-hours key return - had to push key envelope through crack in the door. Extra charge (or group membership) required for high...

"Very clean and comfortable place to stay. It was convenient to downtown Asheville and fun restaurants. The lobby was well appointed and a great place to sit and plan out the day."

"Nice facility. I'd recommend it."

"While the hotel was convenient right off the exit, the parking lot was a tight squeeze when full. The handicapped parking was all the way at the end and far away from the door. The coffee was terrible and the breakfast choices were limited. They had ice buckets with no lids or plastic bags on the first floor. None in the room. The floor in our room felt like it was soft and creaked when you stepped on it. We will not stay there again."

"I stayed in the Milton room and it was beautiful. The Hotel has a very warm feeling with lots of comfortable seating downstairs to socialize. The owner sent me an email with self check-in instructions making it very easy to proceed directly to my room. She even called me leaving a message making sure I was aware of the email and asked if I had any questions. It made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend them to any couple who wants a romantic getaway."

"This property is incredibly clean and beautiful."

"Perfect spot for a no frills clean stay- a trip back in time to motels where the windows open"

"We have stayed at much more expensive hotels but this was the cleanest hotel. The breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast. The front desk staff was fine."

"Great experience!"

"Great location and comfy"

"Breakfast was really good and the staff were very nice especially Belinda."

"Not impressed. Stains on the sofa cushion. Unacceptable mattress on the pull-out sofa - really thin and I could feel all the springs. Very cheap materials throughout the room such as the flooring, bedding, furniture, and toiletries. The shower floor was very discolored; not entirely sure if it was clean or not. Breakfast was subpar - terrible coffee. Would not recommend."

"We were pleasantly greeted and our accommodations were perfect except for one thing. The shower base was very slick. We asked for a walk in shower which we got. My husband is 82, not handicapped, but appreciates a walk in shower. Our bathroom was luxuriously large, our bedding was comfortable. Everyone was polite and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good. It varied each day with eggs, waffles, biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, bagels and cream cheese available. There was...
