"Staying this hotel in Amalfi Coast was like living in a paradise. Anytime I go back to Amalfi coast, this will be the only place I’ll be staying. Definitely the property was on the expensive site, but it was worth it."

"You can tell that the place was owned by the staff. They were very nice. One thing to definitely keep in mind is that the hotel is 10 minutes away from downtown Positano and I can be a problem because transportation to downtown Positano, is expensive. The hotel offers a shuttle but the times are spread out so you really have to keep that in mind. Also, I’ve never been to any hotel that doesn’t provide you with free water. At least one bottle per person per day. We were charged for each bottle of...

"It is genuinely difficult to put into words how incredible our experience was. My fiancé and I both agree this was, without question, the most exceptional hotel experience we have ever had.
The attention to detail was unlike anything we’ve experienced. From arranging a boat ride and offering personal recommendations to anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, every detail was handled effortlessly.
The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, the beef carpaccio was one of the best things...

Everything has been thought about in the room in terms of details and they use highest end products and equipments.
Very rare to find such level of attention to details in every aspect of the journey."

"Our stay was absolutely incredible! Rosa & Mario were wonderful to work with & helped make our stay even better! The hotel has a very cozy boutique vibe with stunning views. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The ability to walk & enjoy local bars/restaurants made the stay even better. Andrea, at the pool, made amazing drinks & we enjoyed getting to chat with him each evening at the pool. If we ever find ourselves on the coast again, we will not skip on Hotel il Pino!"

"Rooms were nothing like what was displayed on Expedia website. Room was old, tired and not great. Marked walls, no backing on curtains, safe not bolted and cold be physically lifted, closet was merely a curtain hiding a hanging rack. Misrepresentation of what we paid for - not a great customer experience at all. Don’t trust Expedia websites or poor customer service. Tried seeking a refund but got nothing. Truely woeful and will never use or trust Expedia again - don’t use them ever."
