"The ac unit in the first room was noisy. We were upgraded on a second room and the ac unit was laboring. . There was a door to our bedroom which was locked. I could see that the upper return vent was clogged with dust. I got a towel and I removed the dust and clogged dirt from the upper vent. This helped the unit from straining and made it quieter. "They had tiny, basically one use, shampoo and conditioner with soap for a family of 7 that was staying at a 3 bedroom condo. We ended up going to Walmart and buying shampoo, conditioner and soap. "

"I will not be staying at this hotel chain in the future. The only late check out option was 12pm; after that, you’re required to pay for an additional day. I opted for check out by 12pm and housekeeping still tried to enter my room just after 11am. I was in a towel and they kept trying to push the door open, even though I kept saying the room was occupied. After they asked if I had confirmed late check out at the front desk, they finally left.
