"The hotel was nicely decorated and looked clean. Available & free parking. But had to speak to someone in the next door restaurant to obtain assistance. No one ever at the front desk. Our bathroom cabinet was broken, the chain to turn off the fan in the room was broken so couldn’t stop the fan without turning off the bedroom light. Initially our tv remote didn’t work but they immediately fixed it. Just wish staff was more available so we could also ask about the town and obtain info."

"When trying to get into our room the safety latch had been turned to keep anyone from getting into the room. Had to go back to lobby to get help. The clerk tried to accuse us of turning the latch. Told her we were just checking in and haven't even been in the room. She had no way to get the door open. Had to go back to lobby to get another room. Then back to get my partner and carry everything to another floor. Was very inconvenient since we are elderly. Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about."

"Hotel was not as I expected. I was hoping to find a family owned, well cared for, small town hotel but instead we found a small town, family owned tired and outdated hotel. The beds were not bad, but the hotel itself needs much updated. The bed skirts were dirty and torn, the base molding on the walls were coming off, the room refrigerator was nasty, the carpet was dirty and the bathroom floor was dirty. We swam in the pool a bit and it was clean, but had a lot of bugs. They had the “hot breakfast” as they claim, but it was not much to brag about. I did not think for the value we received was worth the price. And I definitely would not stay here again."

"Thanks for not letting me have the first floor room that I requested when I arrived with my 70 pound electric bicycle. Thanks for not having an individual thermostat in the room and you guys get to decide the temperature so I can be hot and uncomfortable. Thanks for having a front desk representative so lazy that she can’t walk 5 feet over to the amenities and show me the medicine that she says is there but isn’t. Thanks for starting breakfast at lunchtime. Other than that, everything was lovely. Thanks again, Disconfort Inn."
