"Haven't had any problems here. Our stay has been very peaceful and the staff is always accommodating. I will definitely stay here in the future. "

"The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."

"My stay was good. My room was clean and recently renovate. Overall the stay was okay. We didn’t get free breakfast because of the renovation but that’s fine my main issue was my first night, my tv wasn’t working. I went downstairs to tell staff but she didn’t do anything I told staff again next day and she fix it no problem, don’t understand why I couldn’t get it fixed first day."

"Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room. "This place has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. The condos were spacious and fully stocked. They even got us a keurig machine for our stay! Walking distance to some amazing restaurants and groceries. The property has 2 lovely pool areas. Both with hot tubs. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working that well, but the other (by the smaller pool) one was great. My friends and I had a blast for our first time in Scottsdale....

"I loved this place so much!! Perfect for solo travel, very thorough instructions & directions about building, amenities, etc. Updated modern ambiance/interior. Host was super attentive. Location was perfect as well, so many restaurants/coffee shops, trails, things to do around. Definitely booking here again next time I come to Scottsdale! 🙌"

"It was nice. The rooms seem a little dated but still ok. The waterpark was a lot smaller then i thought based on the pictures but nice. My kids honestly just preferred to go to the regular pool. Over all it was ok but in all honesty i think it was just a one time thing for us. "

"We stayed 4 days at Arizona Grand Resort. The kids had a great time at the water park and swimming in the pools until late at night. My wife and I really enjoyed large gym, Starbucks coffee onsite and hotel bar. We will definitely be back next year. "
