All staff whether reception, bar, general staff or the leisure team, were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast is reasonably good, a range of choices for all tastes, but could be improved by being hot where appropriate. Wonderful location, central yet quiet, and very convenient for buses, with the airport bus just outside. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent. "

"Very old style. The rooms were lacking. Walls were scratched up-carpet was stained. It was clean. And the lobby was beautiful! Breakfast was really good, but lacking good customer service. Boiler broke down first day there. Had no hot water or heat. They did switch me over to a really nice hotel and paid for it themselves. So that was very nice!"
