"average hotel. pretty crowded. elevators were slow. some white stuff got on my belongings while at the pool. another person who was staying with her family including 2 small daughters had the white paste stuff on their skin. the kids were very scared and spent the whole time crying which didnt allow me to enjoy my pool time. management didn't really seem to have much urgency nor answers when helping them so I didnt bother complaining. the room bathroom was also prettt small but other than that;...

"The hotel was very good, staff was very attentive. My coffee makes was broken and I called the front desk to inform about the situation. The person that came checked it and called someone else, this second person confirmed the coffee maker was broken and said she will send a new one. Since it was check out time, I was told I could get coffee from the lobby but when I got there it was finished already."
