"The property was clean and smelled amazing. The pool was clean and relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and the pillows were fluffy. "Despite the delay to check in because of a power outage during the holiday weekend, the staff was very helpful and accommodating to all guests. I was willing to get a different room than the one I booked to make it easier on the staff since they were doing such a great job under pressure. "Management was unavailable during the checkout process. My Mother’s jewelry had been stolen out of her room, and we wanted to check out early. We waited for three hours for a manager to approve our early checkout, but we were never assisted in recovering the jewelry. We had to call the police ourselves to get someone to cooperate with our complaint. The were no managers on duty that morning. I do not suggest this hotel…"
