Despues de 4 días, pasaron s limpiar pero dejaron el piso del baño sucio y pegajoso, nos dejaron sin papel de baño y no nos resuetieron los amenities y toallas completas. Tuvimos que buscar a la gente de intendecia para solicitar un rollo dr papel de baño. "The room was absolutely ridiculous the vinyl flooring was lifted up to where I nearly sliced the bottom of my foot open. The bed was terrible and the shower hardly has any water pressure at all. Most of the rooms are vacant. Not because people have not rented them it's because they are completely destroyed and in need of serious renovation and I would even say demolition. All the reviews talking about how wonderful clean and nice the rooms are is nothing but a lie there is no possible way that...

"The property is disgusting. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything. The person above my room walked back and forth all night. The back entrance door was broken. Total lack of security. I was scared to sit on the toilet seat. I thought I would catch something if I did. There were chunks of the toilet seat missing. The whole house keeping staff needs to be fired. There was old food left in the garbage can and a used tissue on the box spring near the wall behind the bed."

"There is an upfront fee for deposit even when you use credit for the room were it’s covered under the credit card insurance! Make sure you add the breakfast to your stay if not you will have buy a breakfast for each night! And remember 11:00 is there quiet time!"

"My tv didn’t work, my sheets and blankets were used and dirty With stains and the corners of the hotel room were dirty. When I tried to call down for a change of sheets and blankets my hotel phone didn’t work. When I went down to get a change the hotel front desk guy told me to go back upstairs, take off and bring the dirty sheets and blankets down myself and he brought me different ones that were also dirty."

"This is such a great hotel to stay at, the staff was amazing and the property is absolutely beautiful. So many hidden gems; the numerous outdoor hangouts, the record room, the bar, and the room! The room was so big and the decor is very chíc."
