We asked the staff for a pair of chopsticks but they said they don’t have them (surprisingly for a 4-star hotel) The only plus point of this hotel was the Bellman ,who was so helpful in handling our luggages ! Anyway,we will never book this hotel again the next time we go to Singapore !!!"

The location is brilliant — very central and within easy walking distance of Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Chinatown and plenty of restaurants and bars. "Very rude staff. We arrived late in the evening after flying in from Australia and had an error in our booking. The staff and the manager were unfriendly and totally inflexible and unwilling to help. I had waited two hours after after long day of travel for the staff to contact management butt they still couldn’t help clear up the problem.
