"The problem was the elevator was out o service for one of our days we are in our 70's it was very hard to walk up 5 flights of steps and back down"

"Room was clean and on the strip in pigeon forge. Across the street from the islands, which is a fun locale for the evening. Very convenient and accessible to everything we wanted to do."

"We were provided with a clean, well maintained travel pack and play for our little one. We had a long day on our first day and late to check in and the staff was very kind to bring the pack and play up to pur room with extra set of blanket to cushion the pack and play. That gesture goes a long way and was very much appreciated. Thank you! "

"The rooms were very clean and anytime there was a problem in your room or needed anything they were right there to bring it to you. The hotel is outdated and needs some updating but everything was in working condition. The pool and hot tub were great this hotel also has a lazy river which we saw lots of people taking advantage of it. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and we like it for the quietness. The only thing we were not crazy about was the breakfast but we weren’t to concerned...

"Breakfast was great, the cook/attendant Kim was so wonderful. The rooms where cleaned, comfortable nothing fancy just a normal hotel room. Housekeeping did well our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries. Front desk was helpful, my husbands key stopped working and they fixed it right away no issues, the place we ordered food from forgot napkins went to the front desk and they gave us napkins and plates. "

"I read a lot of reviews before arriving to Park Grove Inn. I'm not going to lie i was a little worried with the bad reviews that were posted online. They could not be more wrong. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Everything was in working order and we enjoyed it very much after a long day exploring the area. The staff helped us with anything we needed. The room was clean and felt like a home away from home for the 3 days we were there. My family enjoyed the continental breakfast each...
