"While the room was clean and sufficient, and was updated in some ways, the property of hotel did not leave a good impression. The hotel looked very old and outdated. The elevator was super slow and filthy. The walkway was narrow and the balconies were almost impossible to sit on. If you had any leg length at all you would not have been able to sit in the chairs. "We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

"Nice an d clean in a pleasant location. Nice pool. On our arrival , as we did not know the area we asked the reception staff about the area and where to visit etc, she was uninterested in helping us and not very pleasant. Most of the staff seemed miserable, with a few exceptions."

Had to get someone come pick us up,they were very helpful letting us say in room extra hour till our help arrived. Very understanding. Excellent place lots of Activities to keep everyone occupied. "This was our 2nd time staying here. Nice and clean property, good selection on breakfast choices. The room could have been cleaner this time around, but overall good. The main disappointment was the timing of our trip (Memorial Day week). A lot of baseball families stay there due to the Cal Ripkin Experience being on the hill right above the hotel. "I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

"The room was nice and clean, they have a txting service which was nice. The cleaning lady was very accommodating when I asked for towels etc. The pool is nice and well maintained would have been better with some kid friendly splash areas or water feature. Breakfast was not included which was a bumper but you can buy it daily if wanted. Coffee is free and probably the best coffee I’ve had at any hotel. Overall great experience would stay again. Family of 4 with 2 toddlers."
