We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "Great spot for exploring the area and well placed for shops and food in the centre of Chamonix. We booked a room with a mountain view and were lucky enough to be on the Mont Blanc side of the hotel. Worth checking when you book/before you check in. The room itself was all great. No air conditioning, but we didn't need it as it's cooler in the mountains than elsewhere in July. The only thing missing from the room were tea and coffee making facilities."

"RockyPop Hotel in Chamonix is a fantastic choice for families. The hotel is spotless, with a friendly atmosphere and an amazing team – always smiling, helpful, and very attentive to food allergies, which made our daughter extremely happy to enjoy the buffet safely. The restaurant serves outstanding meals, with something delicious for everyone. The location is perfect – a bus stop right next to the hotel (10 minutes to Chamonix center) and the Multipass makes all cable cars and trains free and unlimited. There are plenty of attractions – a children’s corner, games, billiards, table football, ping-pong, and a playground with breathtaking mountain views. Comfortable rooms and great facilities make this place perfect for relaxing after exploring the beautiful hiking trails."
