"Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...

"Excellent rooms and service. Delicious breakfast with chef available to make eggs and pancakes. Lovely to be able to book the 'jacuzzi' for 30 minutes during the day. Plenty of parking available for free down the street. Feels like you are in a cabin. "

"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en famille, avec un bébé de 1 an, et globalement notre expérience a été positive. L’hôtel est bien adapté aux jeunes enfants : chaises hautes et lits parapluie sont disponibles. La situation est excellente, facile d’accès, avec un grand parking juste devant. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et les produits sont de qualité, même si tout n’est pas fait maison. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et bien équipées (mini-frigo, machine à café, bouilloire). "Séjour court , une nuitée mais très belle découverte. L’endroit dans la station au pied des pistes. Le personnel est présent et attentif. Un endroit de rêve."

"Un accueil des plus agréable. Le personnel du SPA, discrets mais a l ecoute, surtout Eva et ses mains en or( massage et gommage). Le soir une planche mixte servi avec le sourir, dans les salons tres cooconing. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisirs"

"Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive."
