"Wow! The hotel is amazing! We loved everything about our stay. I highly recommend it for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, magical atmosphere, and excellent customer service. It definitely deserves a big thumbs up! We visited on White Day, and there was a lot of snow! The sauna was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking!"

"Det går knappt att beskriva vilken fantastisk upplevelse vi hade som familj. Det var som en dröm att uppöeva denna fantastiska plats. Personalen var otrolig , maten var fantastisk och vyerna .. wow! Nyrenoverat inne med charmen kvar på byggnaden, pool omringad av höga vackra berg som man kan vandra i. Det var sorgligt att lämna men jag ,min frj och mina barn kommer aldrig glömma denna vackra plats. Det var en av de bästa upplevelserna vi varit med om som familj. Tack Le Madame<3"

"Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...
