"Cet hôtel est merveilleux, les repas sont excellents, la literie est parfaite, le lieux est magnifique. Un petit bemol sur l'organisation qui a été résolu très vite par l'équipe à 2 reprises. "

Restauration de qualité, du choix et du personnel agréable.
Massage dans un lieu très propre, du personnel extrêmement gentille, sympathique et agréable. Très professionnelle offrant une magnifique expérience. Mon coup de coeur.
Point négatif : l’accueil de l’hôtel est quasiment inexistant ! Pas d'explication, manque d’organisation. Bref nous sommes loin des standards qui se pratiques en Europe ou même La Réunion et Madagascar.
Piscine, non concordance entre la brochure...

"Great hotel in the heart of Port Louis. Rooms are large and well-equipped. The staff are extremely helpful, relaxed and professional, they make you feel welcome for sure. The hotel restaurants are good and in the immediate area around the hotel there are lots of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended!"
"Chouette petite structure hôtel adult only surtout, personnel disponible et très agréable, suffisamment grand pour y trouver son petit coin. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié, thème varié formule buffet du soir, possibilité resto à la carte sur réservation. Formule all in finalisée sur place mais pas de système bracelets pour différencier les différentes formules, donc on doit signer pour tout ce qu on consomme et c est parfois un peu lourd. Service Spa super, massages variés plus ou moins...
"Mooi hotel met beperkt uitzicht op een stukje van de baai.
De stoep voor het hotel licht wat scheef en de entree komt niet zo luxe over.
De kamerdeuren en badkamerdeuren sluiten moeilijk vanwege klem zitten. Er wordt veel gedweild waardoor het hout uitzet. Gevolg: lawaai overlast.
Ontbijtbuffet is prima maar wordt saai omdat er geen variatie was. Personeel is vriendelijk"

"Amazing resort with excellent facilities, well maintained and a variety of food on offer.

"3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. "

I stayed for 2 nights all-inc. The staff were lovely - polite but also fun to talk to. I had an amazing massage in the spa (by Cedric). I took a hobbie cat out and spent a morning zipping up and down the bay (though got told off for staying out too long!!!). Meals were decent for the price, though two nights didn’t qualify me for the a la carte restaurants, the...
"Great that it was adults only. All staff were polite and friendly throughout the resort. Service was excellent throughout our stay. Liked the fact the resort was very eco focused, for example no plastic bottles use, no plastic straws, etc. The whole resort was spotlessly clean, our room, the beach, the pool, the restaurants... A lovely place to stay."
