"Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Superior room was newly renovated, beautiful and large by USA standard. My family stayed in superior connecting rooms 300 and 301 which were great. There were 4-5 metro stations within a 5 mins walk and a lot of restaurants. I would strongly recommended this hotel. Family stayed 6/3 to 6/11/2026"

"Great hotel! Centrally located to local shops and cafes, also close to many different metro and bus lines for transportation! Hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind, rooms are a bit on the smaller size- but to be expected in Europe! But they were clean and comfortable and updated! Hotel has a lovely bar downstairs, visited by tourists and locals. Would definitely stay here again!"

Staff was sometimes helpful with requests for things, but no clean towels available for a four night stay? No complimentary coffee pods? Had to order various things through housekeeping? "Loved the location and the foyer. The breakfast was not worth what it cost and otherwise we didn’t eat there so can’t comment. Our room (203) was great. Huge bed, very comfy. Bathroom (shower only) was small but perfectly adequate. V nice. And 203 has a fabulous balcony overlooking the street - loved that. Only small gripe with hotel is that yesterday evening we arrived back hot and tired and really fancied a small beer each to have as we washed, rested and changed to go out. Only one staff...

"Surprised by the many stellar reviews for this hotel. Staff was pretty rude in general. Bed was not very comfortable. Duvet and bottom sheet only. Had to beg for additional towels. While I am a big supporter of eco friendly accommodations, there were two of us staying in the room and only one set of towels to share. Asked for an additional set the first day and didn’t get any. Had to ask again the second day and got one more single towel. Also, apparently there is a daily allowance for toilet...
