"The room was clean, staff was polite. Does have air conditioning, but it doesn’t work very well. No hair dryer in the bathroom. Breakfast was not very impressive."

"Auberge de la Baie is the closest hotel on the mainland to Mont Saint Michel. It was easy to walk to the bus lot from the hotel. The hotel had a nice breakfast and comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful. When we realized that there were not restaurants in walking distance from the hotel, the staff helped us order a delivery from a restaurant. Added bonus, there is a sheep farm nearby with some very cute lambs."

"Accommodation is in little semi detached cottages in the gardens, which is very charming Bed very comfortable, breakfast very good and evening meal fine Only downside was having to use a tablet to read the restaurant carte. Fine for those aged 15 and under but at my age these things get difficult Heater in the bathroom was a bit rusty, which took the edge off a gorgeously refurbished hotel We shall visit again,now that I know to head for Pontabault rather than Val St Pere"

"We arrived at 12 am in the morning and we couldn’t make the payment through the machine. We had to contact the staff and it took about 15 minutes for the manager to arrive to help us. The vending machine was broken, so we couldn’t get any water. I will not recommend this property."

"Marion is an absolutely incredible host - this was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had! Everything was perfect: the house is beautiful, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was amazing and made the experience even more special. Marion is so warm, welcoming, and attentive - she really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation!"

"The check-in & check out was quick and easy. Beds were comfortable, washroom and bathrooms are clean. Staff were amazing and friendly. This is a 16 century building, so don’t expect bells and whistles, but if good Breakfast, clean amenities and friendly staff is your thing… this is a 10/10 for me. Love the old building charm.
