"Loved this little spot. Clean and easy to access but also hidden in its own little world. The front gate has a smaller parking lot so all trucks or bigger suvs must park in the back lot. They have a convenient vending machine with drinks. They also have a washer/dryer (no change needed paid by phone) which made it super convenient when needed. Some nice and cute things they had was a grill, outside sitting area, ice machine and cute string lights all around. When needing more towels or items...

"The rooms are very clean as was everything in the hotel. It has a pool indoors but we did not use it just because we didn't have time. The staff was very friendly. The hotel, halls, breakfast room, our room etc. was very clean. We did have a problem with the a/c or so we thought. We went down to the desk. & the hostess asked if we turned the wall a/c controls on....we didn't realize it. Came back upstairs & it worked great. The check in was very easy & the hostess was very friendly. There were...

"Well managed property. Helpful staff."

"Great stay!"

"Location to Beale streeet was wonderful. I didn’t notice the information regarding parking. $26 for one night-ouch."

"Best location to all of the major sites and events. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel really clean. Also enjoyed the court side restaurant. Great food choice with some healthy options."

"We had to wait on the employee to finish smoking a cigarette before we could check in. Another guest went to find the employee and notify them multiple customers were waiting on him. The floors of the room and bathroom were filthy, leaving our kids black from crawling on them. Around the perimeter of the property were dangerous looking people. We were not pleased with this stay. We do not recommend this hotel."

"The parking situation is a nightmare. Check in is at 3 and we got there at 3:30 and they didn’t have a room ready. When we got to the room it wasn’t what we booked (premium king). When I spoke to the front desk about the room issue, they said to take it up with Expedia. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the air wouldn’t cool."

"Went to take a shower and the tub was filthy, made for a bad stay."

"It was ok but I saw critters in the shower and room floor."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, valet parking was super convenient. The stay at Residence Inn made our visit to Memphis very pleasant"
