"The hotel was nice. The breakfast was listed as a buffet. It had a warmer unit that had scrambled eggs, sliced sausage and French toast sticks in it. A waffle maker, cereal, hard boiled eggs and some breads. Not what I would call a buffet. Other than that the hotel was nice as was the pool. The Staff was friendly. The room was nice. A Waffle House was a short walk. The hotel and parking lot were safe. I would stay there again."

"There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. We waited a very long time for the bed to be set up.The maintenance staff who handled the bed were kind...

"Great stay! The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival, our sink didn’t drain, but we told the front desk and they got right on it. We did find lots of hair stuck to the walls of the shower, that was not ours. We told the front desk at checkout and they took notes. We were only there for one night, so hopefully they’ll get it t cleaned up before the next guests arrive. On a brighter note…the breakfast was AMAZING with many options to choose...

"Good location to visit the KC Zoo and Starlight Theater. Our room and the hotel in general looks a bit in rough shape. Could use an update. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made up for some of the physical issues with the building."
