"We showed up late, at 9:30, no one was in the parking lot, but the lady at the front desk told me they only had one downstairs room left and she has the air on for us. Ok, cool, I'm disabled and can't do stairs due to multiple spine surgeries. But we get into the room and it was only a queen. Also, the air wasn't on, not sure why she lied to me about that, but whatever. I paid for a king so I'm not sure why i was downgraded to a queen without even being told that we were being downgraded. We were so tired we just decided to deal with it and not fight the lady over the downgraded room and empty parking lot. Then we noticed a giant burn in the blanket. The bathroom was dirty and the tub hadn't been cleaned out in who knows how long. "

"First room had no heat so they put us in different room couldn't get in with key card they said ya they have that problem and wanted us to leave our door open if we went anywhere and they had bed bugs"

"If you want to get sleep, don’t stay here. Walls are thin. Had a couple in the next room with the TV on all night and at 530am their dogs started barking. When telling the front desk all they said was “we will let the manager know.” For over 200 a night not worth it. "
