"First of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying at a Hyatt as we usually are loyal to a competitor. We were assigned a top floor room where a group of young people were also staying in several rooms. They have a quite a party up there at the expense of everyone on the floor. "Expedia didn't disclose that the hotel is going thru lobby and hallway renovations. There were contractors, buckets, paint, throughout the lobby. The front desk informed me that they can cancel the reservation but need to contact Expedia for refund. Expedia told me the decision is ultimately the hotel's so therefore i need to talk to them. So basically both sides made me feel like 'suck it, you are too small of a customer and we dont care about your stay" "
