"So close to the Expo Center. I really appreciated the accessible features of my room."

"Currently under renovation, so the new rooms look good but the older rooms seem to lack quite a bit. My room had stains in the carpet and a persistent odor. The air conditioning did not appear to work as expected (granted, it was among the hottest days of the year). There was police presence when we checked in. Not sure if this is representative of the area or just bad timing. The officer was speaking to a guest. Cleanliness: the property itself is very clean. The room seemed "good enough"...

"The overall experience was alright. The issue we had was the breakfast. It wasn't as expected. Instead of scrambled eggs like on the menu, it was dried out egg patties. The sausage patties were dry, there was apple juice and lemonade, no orange juice. The milk wasn't kept on ice, so I wasn't attempting cereal. The yogurt and coffee cake were the only good things about that breakfast. Scrambled eggs would have been more ideal. If we do come back I'll bring my own breakfast makings."

"We arrived at check in about 10pm to be told by the woman at the front desk we were moved to a hotel across the highway. Apparently our room had a pipe burst. Fine. Tired and carrying all our crap, we went back to the car and drove to the other hotel. We checked in and walked to our room to see our family of 6 was given a king size bed room. Nothing more. "Rooms were pretty clean. Check-in staff was working on several clients (including phone clients) at the same time while checking in a few of us waiting at the desk.The breakfast was good and offered a great variety. Maybe a greater variety of fruits could be added. The breakfast staff was very pleasant. Parking was a little dicey as we came in late one night. Check out was very quickly as I had already pre-paid online. I would stay here again."

"This place must have changed hands since my last stay there. No face cloths on entire property. No housekeeping received during entire stay. Several requests to no avail. Had planned to use this property for additional stays, but not now. It was an awful experience."

"I checked into a room that did not have a working hvac unit and when I went down to the front desk to tell them this, I was told that "the little trick" they have probably won't work, so they had to move me to a different room. Only one elevator was working and the lobby was very warm. "AC hasn't worked since last Saturday" per the desk clerk. Now my husband & I have stayed at this property before and had no issues. This time was a disappointment."

"I was grateful to have a hot tub in my room but the room had lots of scuffs and scratches and some broken tiles. The hotel is a straight easy drive to the Hershey theme park and the staff was nice. So overall it was a good experience. But the room needed some renovations."
