"Aside from the Bellagio in Vegas, it was the only room I’ve had that had stairs. This could be problematic for older customers, or late night bathroom needs. The hallway light couldn’t be turned on, only activated by motion, but, it would shut off within 5 seconds or less making it difficult. The a/c was great. The prices on door are way out of wack compared to the rest of the country. By like 25%. There are very limited options close. Price of the room was fair!"

"The staff in the hotel were very helpful and we were allowed to drop off our luggage early in the day prior to check in. The hotel and bedrooms were extremely clean and the beds very comfortable. Unfortunately there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the bedrooms although there is a vending machine in the reception area, however a bottle of water and glasses are provided in the rooms. We ate in the restaurant in the sister hotel next door and the food was very good and very reasonable...

"This hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff was exceptional, the facilities were fantastic, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was truly outstanding, with an incredible variety of choices unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Top-notch all the way around. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"I stayed one night here and it was perfect for my needs. They even let me check in early which was amazing. The staff were very helpful all a round. Breakfast was delicious. Early morning shuttle to the airport was on time. It’s also very easy to find for Uber drivers when you want to go into main Porto area which is only like 20-30 min away depending on traffic. I would stay here again."

"The staff were incredibly kind--especiallythe night manager! He will do anything to take care of you. The location was great because NorteShopping was a two or three minute walk away. And an Uber can get you anywhere in the city in about 20 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again next year, but I hope to get a bigger room. My only real complaint was the size of the room and the amenities. Obviously, this is not a luxury hotel, but I am used to having a mini fridge and bathroom doors...

"This hotel fit exactly what we needed. Just a place to sleep before an early flight since it was only an 8min walk away! Although the room is on the small side, the bed was comfy. We really appreciated the AC after a hot summer day in Portugal. We’d come here again!"

"We recently stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly courteous and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our entire trip. "Cons
1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer.
2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise.
3. The hotel is located in Gais & requires Bolt & Uber for any Porto related...
