The staff struggled to take our order from our room to the restaurant so we had to go downstairs ourselves and do it as they kept saying we don’t have this (when all we wanted was to order the crème brûlée dessert). First of all, we were welcomed by friendly staff. The room was clean, and the sauna was great. We even wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the price had already doubled.
