"Upon arriving at the Confort inn for our stay we arrived in our room. Tried to turn on the tv and nothing worked. We went to the front desk for batteries assuming that was the issue but come to find out the tv was unplugged and the power cord wasn’t plugged in once the staff came up to help. After the staff came up to help us we discovered the lock on our door also wasn’t working and the hotel staff had no solution for us. "I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. "

I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. "

"Even though I had prepaid via expedia , I was charged an additional $10 in cash as a penalty for using expedia. Expedia said it was an error on their part for not listing that as part of the amount? They should have refunded. Room was nice but short on pillows, blankets and toilet paper."
