"The bed was nice but the tub didn't work in the first room and counters weren't clean. Got transfer to another room and it was ok but not clean I ha to wipe everything down before even using anything"

"This was an overnight stay for me and my pup. The facility was clean and easy to get to. The room was clean and had everything I needed to sleep and shower. The check in made me uncomfortable. There is no one at the front desk and you talk to a kiosk with an administrator located somewhere else in the world. The credit card machine was broken so I had to hold up my credit card for them to manually add in to the computer. I told the kiosk administrator that if there was a night manager on property I would be happy to pay with cash. He responded saying they are cashless. The moment I got my room key and was able to get into the lobby and there was an employee behind the front desk. That entire experience felt super shady and I called my credit card company and ordered a new card and number just to be safe. Again, great stopping point for my roadtrip, it was clean, well lit, and safe, but just be aware of the check-in process."

"Room was like a meat freezer. TV could not display You Tube or Netflix. Other shows were pure trash. Work out machine was inoperable. Staff behind the desk were like the walking dead. This entire property needs to be trashed, renewed or refurbished."

"I stayed at this hotel in April and was charged a $50 deposit. More than a month later, I realized the deposit had not been returned. When I contacted the hotel, I was told it was being kept due to an alleged smoking violation. I do not smoke and strongly dispute this claim. When I asked for documentation or an explanation, I was told the room had been inspected by management and allegedly smelled of smoke. I was also told that an email had been sent, but I never received any notification regarding this issue. What was most disappointing was the way my concerns were handled. During the conversation, I was told that the manager “didn’t care” and was asked why I wanted the money back since it was “only $50.” I was also told that I should be glad it wasn’t the larger smoking fee listed in the hotel’s policy. Regardless of the amount, $50 is still my money, and I believe customers deserve respectful treatment when asking about charges on their account. I understand hotels have policies, but customers also deserve professionalism, transparency, and documentation when money is withheld. Based on my experience, I would encourage future guests to carefully review any deposits or fees charged during their stay and keep records of all communications."
