"THE HILTON WAS SO AMAZING AND SUPER CLEAN!!"

"This property is far from 5-star. However, Expedia rates it 5 stars. When I spoke with the front desk, they told me they don't claim to be a 5-star hotel. The hallway carpets were dirty and had a musky smell. So did the carpet in our room. I had an ocean-view room, but at check-in we realized that ocean view means a high-floor ocean view. So we upgraded to the oceanfront rooms, which in reality means ocean view because oceanfront means your doors open to the ocean. Not across the street from the...

"Gorgeous hotel, perfect location and amazing food. A definite must visit if not a full stay. Pool is on the smaller side and it’s generally expensive but one of the best places in Waikiki. We held our wedding dinner at the Beach House and it was absolutely spectacular! Thank you Kala for a 5 star experience with you!"

"This is a old hotel. Whenever you ask in the AI apps this hotel gets recommended. I should have picked Four seasons. This is an awful hotel. We got the highest room thanks to Expedia. The way to...

"Perfecta ubicación en medio de Waikiki , el hotel Increíble y perfecto ! Te envuelve en la vibe hawaiana, Lee el señor de la tienda de sombreros es una persona increíble"

"The resort is under renovation right now but that didn’t stop anything. All staff were very helpful when needed. Would definitely return."

"Overall the stay was fantastic- excellent bartender during the happy hour time. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful every day. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and the room was clean when we arrived. The beds were not comfortable, but overall, it is a great bang for your buck. We enjoyed our time at this hotel"

"I had one interaction with the housekeeping lady because I was in the room. She was SO sweet, I wish I asked her name. We had a real nice chat as she cleaned my room. This is our second time staying here within one year. And my husband always enjoys "talkin' story" with the morning Valet guys. They are always very nice and personable. The only complaint I have is the ONE coffee machine downstairs. There is always a long line, and the machine is very slow. But we love staying at Park Shore and...
