If you book thru a 3rd party the property / Hilton does not award you ANY Hilton Honors rewards , this is so backwards.. why would I book this if I had know? The staff were very helpful, although we had to check in late, the self-check-in process is very easy to navigate, and we feel very comfortable even having to check in on our own, as the process is smooth. "We loved this hotel. The location was great! We had a double room with private bathroom & the panoramic view. The courtyard & some of the water visible. This place had old Germany charm. Tons of places to eat & about a 10 min walk to the DOM cathedral. Perfect. The fussganger/shopping was also close. The hotel sits on the Rhein river & is close to the flea market along the Rhein.
