"The rooms are clean and superbly quiet even facing the square. The staff is friendly and the location can't be beat if taking the train. But the bed was terrible uncomfortable with just two tiny pillows for two people and only two bath towels with zero hand towels or wash cloths. the heat also did not turn on on our room."

"We stayed 2 nights at hotel Christina and appreciated the location and hospitality of the staff. Very cozy for a pit stop in Cologne. Take the tram and try Sion Kölsch. Very yummy. A bit sketchy walking at night from the tram. During the day there’s a beautiful park on the way. We didn’t drive but there was a garage available to use. Cleaning crews were maintaining the rooms daily. Nice stay!"

"Freunliches Personal an der Rezeption . Leider wurde mein Zimmer nicht gerreinigt obwohl am der Rezeption angemeldet. Auch das aufüllen von Kaffee wurde nicht durchgeführt. Schade . "

"Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm, alle Angestellten waren äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der schöne, gepflegte Saunabereich sorgte für Entspannung nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet eine tolle Auswahl an feinen Speisen auch an veganen Optionen. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden."

"I really loved this hotel. From the beginning the reception staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel is cute and perfectly located. I haven't eaten yet but plan to later as the restaurant is usually well patronised. The room was clean, cleaning staff pleasant and responsive( i needed an iron) and had all the amenities, including what you didn't know you needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I come back to Cologne"
