Laut Aussage der Mitarbeiter konnte die Klimaanlage unter den aktuellen Bedingungen das Zimmer nicht ausreichend herunterkühlen. Bereits das erste Zimmer habe ich wechseln müssen, weil die Klimaanlage dort überhaupt nicht funktioniert hat. Im zweiten Zimmer war die Klimaanlage ebenfalls nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar. Bei dem Zimmerpreis hätte ich erwartet, dass das Problem...

"Für 4 Sterne finde ich die Zimmer sehr klein. Es gibt wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ansonsten war bis auf die Hellhörigkeit alles in Ordnung. Da die Gäste über uns spätabends und frühmorgens durch das Zimmer hin und her getrampelt sind, war an einen erholsamen Abend oder ruhigen Morgen leider nicht zu denken. In solchen Fällen wünscht man sich Teppichböden, die Trittgeräusche mit Sicherheit etwas dämpfen würden. Für geräuschempfindliche Gäste ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen außer, man hat Glück...
