"Room was clean. Staff was very attentive. The hotel was not far from airport. Places to eat and shop close by."

"The staff were exceptional and really responsive to my requests."

"Staff was excellent, the room was always kept in pristine condition; however, the food could use some improvement and the internet was absolutely horrible. I didn’t visit the spa or gym."

"The entire experience of visiting Addas Ababa, was excellent! The city has a million excellent views, with more than half of them from the Sheraton LUX, which offered it all, convenience, clean, shine and service, we got it all. The best was the staff. I’m coming back soon. As for all the warnings, either someone lying or those some kind soldiers"

"Kuriftu tent stay on Entoto is very lovely. The staff is very professional and helpful, throughout the whole park. The bed was a little worn on one side and the faucets needed some maintenance. Nothing to interfere with a nice stay. When we purchased food at the restaurant we had difficulty charging to the room and it seems that they don't provide that service. We opted not to stay at the Melka for our entire trip solely because of the...

"Overall, this is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Addis Ababa. The staff are excellent, the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast offers a good variety of choices. However, there are a few areas that need attention to bring the hotel up to the standard its other facilities and services suggest. The parking garage is quite tight, making it difficult to enter and exit comfortably. Improving the accessibility and maneuverability of the parking area would be helpful....

"Amazing place to stay for a fair price. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very hospitable."
