"Everything thing was excellent."

"This was without a doubt the filthiest hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The towels in the bathroom were dirty when we arrived, there were bugs and cobwebs all around the room, there were holes in the walls and doors, and several of the lights did not work. The price I paid did not reflect the accommodations."

The room we stayed in was unclean and in disrepair... specifically, there was red sticky stuff on our sheets, there was urine on the carpet in the closet, the curtains were falling apart, the room phone didn't work, there was no alarm clock, no set of sheets and pillows for sleeper sofa, and the card never worked on the door... not name a few"

"The staff were amazing. Super professional and nice. The room needed work. The bathroom shower was not fully cleaned and had men’s hair on the wall. The door looked to be kicked in because the parts were missing and the door would not fully shut."

"The attendant was very helpful. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom. After leaving our fitted sheet was taken off the bed and there were roaches in bathroom and table. The window was open near the door and cigarette holes were on the blanket on our bed. Also a cigarette burn on the bathroom tub. We had a non smoking room."

"If I could give this zero stars I would. This Hotel was absolutely horrible! Never have I ever felt more misled by pictures(Talk about a Catfish!), they may have renovated “A” room for pictures and advertising purposes but left the rest of the rooms partially a hot mess. After traveling for 12 hours, I was excited to lay it down. Ha! Little did I know! Tuh! The bed was dirty, we had to wait 30 mins for someone to come change the sheets. The pillows however were custom cases filled with pure air so when you lay on them if gives the illusion that you’re laying outside on the hard ground looking up at the sun! The bathroom was dirty- fun fact, someone put the door on backwards and it didn’t close all the way so I if needed privacy you can scratch that off your list! Who needs a flushing toilet?!? apparently NOT ME! And last but certainly not least, the door had 3 bolts on them as if we were expecting intruders! Other than those few inconveniences I absolutely abhorred it. "
