"We recently stayed at the MGM Casino in Springfield, and from start to finish, it was a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff member who helped us was very polite. Our room was spotless and nicely appointed. Although it was on the smaller side, it was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, and the shower was fantastic. "You need better signage outside for the parking garage, just says public parking. It is not clearly marked and should say "Enter here for Marriott Parking". Also, on level C there is no clear indication as to where the entrance into the Marriott is located. Should have a big sign and arrow pointing to the entrance, that says "ENTRANCE TO MARRIOTT" .
