"I have trouble rating this hotel. It is undergoing MAJOR renovations. The rooms were excellent, but could use lamps on/near the nightstands. The desk chair had some stains and wear and some facial tissues in the room would be nice. The hallways are a completely different story. There was no air conditioning. On the hottest day of the year (when I arrived), the air in the hallways was absolutely stifling. Also no elevator in the building. Lugging all of my stuff out of my car and up the stairs to...

"We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were very secure and safe. You can only access your room floor with your room key. A little inconvenient if you have family on different levels but I appreciated their level of security. We had a staywell room. The room was beautifully decorated. The bed was the best Ive ever slept in besides my own. So comfortable. The shower was like a spa and I loved their hand soap. The towels were very soft as well and they have many amenities...

"We loved the suite. The accommodations were exactly what we had hoped it to be. Our only problem we would like to pass on is we set the thermostat to 66 to cool off the room and it did not change from the 73. We are competely satisfied and would stay again. Thank you."

"The property was recently renovated so it was nice and clean and the lobby beautifully decorated. There was only one dining option nearby but others were a short drive away. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent location. Convenient for everything. Comfortable. Quiet. Clean. All the furniture and decor in the room was outdated. Furniture and cabinets were scuffed up and barely operational. Wallpaper was beginning to curl and buckle. "

"Loved the beds, shower water temp and pressure and hot tub temp. Hot tub jets were a bit violent yet ineffective. Breakfast offerings were skimpy for vegan and non-dairy folk, but we managed. Also had to use my emergency supply of stevia. Staff was friendly and helpful and even helped us get into our room early after our redeye flight arrival. Would definitely come back next time I need a place in the area. "
