"The pool was cold and run down and filled with screaming children. There was no towel attendant and the towels were threadbare and itchy and small. Locker room was clean. Stayed in the presidential suite. The furniture was uncomfortable (aside from the bed), the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, nor did the shower head so I had to take a separate shower to wash my hair. "I reserved for a couple nights - would’ve liked to know there would also be a robotics convention at the same time and zero quiet - people running through the halls all hours and even knocking on my walls and door accidentally thinking it was their friends room /// horrible experience!! 50 people at a time in both the “free breakfast” and the pool/ spa - definitely didn’t eat no where to sit crowded and extremely loud from 6am - overall- staff was nice - I wish I stayed somewhere else also...
