"Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, powerful showerhead, great Black out curtains and the heat worked well. Cons: People yelling outside my door as soon as the sun came up both days. The smell of cigarette smoke every time I had to cut the bathroom light/fan on. I guess it sucked it under the adjoining door's cracks. The couch with all the holes and tears in the upholstery should be replaced. Side note: I have never booked a suite with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in the kitchen...

"We got there past the check in time but it was easy to check in and get in with the digital key. Room was great and very clean. Everything is new. Beds and pillows were very comfy. I would recommend that you get the actual key card from the office though; the digital key is great but not super reliable as you depend on internet connection and sometimes it can be slow. "Booked two, 2 bedroom suites for my daughter sleepover. I requested early check in @1pm but only one of the rooms were available. The other one wasn’t ready until after 4pm. Outside of that little mishap the rooms were fantastic! The girls loved the pool and I loved how close and clean the rooms were! We now have a home away from home!!!"
