"The elevator floor was dirty when we arrived and when we left. The room was clean and we slept very well. We had no hot water for our showers. There was not much water flow. There would have been no way I could have washed my hair. Breakfast was ok. The coffee maker was not working. Only water came out no coffee. The woman in the morning when we checked out was very pleasant. I let her know we didn’t have hot water."

"The check-in was polite enough, and quick glance entering property was clean enough, but when we opened our room for the first time it reeked of smoke and the TV was on. The cough was filthy and unusable, the desk area clean, the kitchen questionable clean. The bed looked clean but the pillows were horrible, the AC barely worked, and the more we inspected, filthy rugs, unvaccumed. The bathroom was gross, someone's hair in the shower, nasty stains on walls and doors. We won't be using this place...

"Excellent value and location to get anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, with clean rooms and lobby. The property is very safe. The building is older but again clean. Depending on who is at the check-in desk the reception and pleasantness range from fair to very good."

"My room was very poorly maintained. The floors had been cleaned poorly, leaving dirt in all of the edges and corners. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. One of the metal lamps was very rusty. There were two holes in the bathroom ceiling, and rain leaked from the ceiling into the bathtub. I called the front desk and the employee said she would send a maintenance person up, but I gave up on waiting for someone after 30 or 45 minutes. "I used to book this hotel all the time and never once had a pest issue except every now and then I had a wasp in the room but never an abundance of ants…The lady at the front desk tried to blame it on me leaving food out and I let it go because I knew I didn’t and I was on the 3rd floor. What made it worse was that there were no ants at all near the window, they were specifically all on a night table and the desk even got to the point I had ants landing on me and I had random ants on the bed "

"Security risk do not stay"

" we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

"We were in Bethlehem Pennsylvania for a graduation and stayed for four night at the Home2Suites. lOur room was comfortable and clean towels were refreshed as needed. The breakfast was OK, and convenient. The location was great and close to anything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise."

"It was clean enough there were stains on the bedding but they looked clean... Very Stark atmosphere... And the staff was efficient but not overwhelmingly welcoming"
