"Convenient after getting off a long flight; organised staff provided a quick check in when we arrived. "The tv didn’t work. Reported on 1st night. Promised to rectify next day. Never happened. There was no hot water. Reported on 1st night. Told to run tap for a long time. Shower was not fit for purpose. I could not get it to work other than cold. There was no extractor working in the tiny en-suite."
