We had a lovely stay here and the breakfast was so nice. Lovely property the only two things I would say is there was plenty of room for a king sized bed at least so a double was a little small. And air conditioning would of been amazing especially when it is very hot outside one tiny small fan done nothing but that aside we were very happy with the hotel

A fabulous hotel in the heart of Tunbridge Wells - our room was huge and beautifully decorated. Parking on site was a bonus. We didn’t have a chance to visit the bar or restaurant but it smelt and looked amazing! We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Wells. It's in a great position above the town centre with really nice bar and restaurant areas and a very comfortable room. We will definitely stay here again if we are visiting Tunbridge Wells.

Bright, clean & well maintained Regency property on hill opposite the Common. Pleasant 10 minute walk down the Common to the Pantiles & a 5 minute walk to the modern Shopping Centre & bars. Friendly staff & good breakfast. Parking on site.

One night stay

Very friendly welcome on check in. Allowed me to check in 1hr early as a room was ready . Enjoyed a nice evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. Staff very attentive and friendly. I would stay here again if in the area.
